OMAKASE
For a more intimate bank holiday experience, learn about the principles of sushi through the omakase experience at Sushi Kamon. Omakase – meaning ‘Ill leave it to you’ – is a revered Japanese dining experience in which master sushi chefs prepare and talk through a bespoke menu in front of their guests. The 45-minute experience takes place at 19:30 everyday and is served up at the counter in the main food hall.
