Frequently asked questions

What do I do if I'm running late? 

We'll hold your table for up to 15 minutes. If you know ahead of time that you can't make your booking, you can modify your reservation through your confirmation email. 

How can I cancel my booking? 

You can cancel or modify your booking through your SevenRooms confirmation email up to 2 hours before the time of your booking. 

Do you allow dogs? 

Yes, we allow well-behaved dogs at both Arcade Tottenham Court Road and Battersea with the exception of Plaza Khao Gaeng.

Do you cater for children? 

Families are welcome to join us at Arcade. We have bespoke kids menus and high chairs in both destinations which can be ordered through the QR codes on all tables.

Solis and Manna also offer kids menus, chat to our team on arrival for more information.

Please refer to BAO and Plaza Khao Gaeng's websites for more information regarding their menus. 

Do I need to book? 

For groups of 14-18 you're welcome to make a booking. For larger groups and semi-exlcusive hire, chat to our events team.  

Arcade Tottenham Court Road allows both bookings and walk-ins.  

Make a booking at Solis.

Make a booking at Plaza Khao Gaeng.

Make a booking at BAO Battersea. 

Do you serve halal food? 

YES! We have many halal-friendly kitchens, including Manna, Tipan Tapan, Hero, Shatta and Toum, and Mexa. Solis also offers Halal options, talk to our team upon arrival. 

Do you serve gluten-free options? 

Many of our kitchens offer gluten-free options. You can filter our online ordering system by gluten free at both our Battersea and Tottenham Court Road locations.
